Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide support to our customers by phone, email, chat, and using various remote support tools. Our customers are a combination of large and small businesses, some with little or no in-house IT expertise. We are not just looking for the best technical skills; we are also looking for folks who interact well with customers - whether they are the business owner, front desk staff, or mechanic.
